Description

This Gluten-Free Bakewell Sponge Tray Bake is a classic, comforting bake inspired by traditional Bakewell flavours. The sponge is light, soft, and airy with a delicate almond flavour, baked to lift beautifully and slice cleanly.

Finished with a smooth almond-flavoured icing and topped with glacé cherries, each tray bake can also be finished with optional flaked almonds on top if desired. Familiar, nostalgic, and gently sweet, this is a traditional sponge tray bake made properly — just gluten free.
