At Rolling Brew Co., all of our products are freshly baked to order and many items are classed as perishable food goods. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns on food items once they have been dispatched.

Perishable Food Items

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on any perishable food products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

To help us investigate and arrange a resolution, we may ask for:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the product and packaging

Where a claim is accepted, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances

Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
