Our indulgent gluten free Irish Cream Christmas Cake is handmade to order in small batches, ensuring every bite is fresh, rich, and full of festive flavour. We soak fruit and almonds in Baileys Irish Cream for depth, then bake slowly for a moist, luxurious cake that doesn’t taste “gluten free” – just delicious.

We keep decoration simple with your choice of: plain, iced, marzipan only, or both iced & marzipan. We’re not about fancy frosting artwork – just straightforward icing and incredible flavour. The star of this cake is the taste, not the fuss.
